Conditions of Sale

Thank you for choosing Transcript Bulletin Publishing for your printing needs. To ensure a smooth and transparent transaction, please carefully review the following Conditions of Sale. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Transcript Bulletin Publishing. Upon submission of your order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. An order is only considered accepted when you receive a second email confirming that production has started. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you directly.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change and are quoted based on the information provided at the time of the request. All prices are in U.S. dollars, and payment typically must be made in full before production begins. Payment can be made via major credit cards or other approved methods. In the case of special pricing, discounts, or promotional offers, the terms of the offer must be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Once your order has been processed, we cannot adjust prices or apply retroactive discounts.

3. File Submission & Proofing

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all files submitted are correct and properly formatted. Transcript Bulletin Publishing is not responsible for errors in spelling, grammar, layout, or design. We strongly recommend that you review a digital proof or sample of your project before final approval. A proof is available upon request, and it is your responsibility to approve the proof before we proceed with production. Once the proof is approved, any changes or errors are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Turnaround Times & Delivery

Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of order and are based on the production timeline once your order has been confirmed and payment received. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, they are not guaranteed and are subject to change due to production delays, shipping issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated based on the destination and selected shipping method. Transcript Bulletin Publishing is not responsible for any delays in shipping once the order has been dispatched.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds or cancellations after an order has been confirmed and production has started. If an error is found in the final product that is a result of our mistake (such as a printing error or a mistake on the proof that we failed to catch), we will make arrangements for a reprint or issue a credit at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued for customer errors in submitted files, changes after proof approval, or delays caused by the customer.

6. Quality & Product Variations

We use the latest technology and high-quality materials to ensure your prints meet the highest standards. However, slight color variations may occur due to different monitors, paper types, or printing techniques. We cannot guarantee exact color matching for every order, especially in large runs or with custom designs. All products are subject to slight tolerances in quantity, size, alignment, and color based on manufacturing processes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Transcript Bulletin Publishing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the products or services directly related to the issue in question. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, business, or data due to product defects, delays, or issues in production.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

We take your privacy and the confidentiality of your materials seriously. All personal information provided during the ordering process will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Additionally, we take care to protect any proprietary or sensitive information you submit with your project, ensuring that it is handled securely.

9. Ownership & Copyright

The customer is responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any images, logos, trademarks, or other intellectual property included in the designs provided for printing. Transcript Bulletin Publishing is not responsible for any copyright infringement or legal action arising from the use of materials provided by the customer. By submitting files for printing, the customer affirms that they own or have the right to use all intellectual property included in the design.
